Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We’re known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.

This was my go to location, whether it was dine in or ordering through the different delivery apps available. I would appreciate the consistency if it meant my orders being correct. They’re more consistent with preparing my orders wrong and/or missing items completely. Do the employees read the tickets they’re preparing? It wouldn’t seem so. Whoever is in charge over there needs to be present more & oversee this stuff. This isn’t a once in a blue moon mistake. This is consistently happening with my delivery orders.

I am seriously so disappointed in the customer service displayed with Deli Delicious on Champlain and Perrin. I had order the grilled chicken salad, I saw that this is the chicken I got. I went back to explain this was not grilled chicken and was told “girl that is how our chicken is made”. She also told me “I can’t force you to eat this” like obviously not. Be smarter and put yourself in the customers shoes!

I ordered a large turkey and told the girl that was making the sandwich DOUBLE MEAT PLEASE and she actually asked me again to confirm double meat? I said yes double meat. When I opened my sandwich it was definitely not double meat! This is actually the third time this has happened at this location . I was charged almost $23.00 for bread, mayonnaise, produce and a little bit of meat! I never have this problem at any other location. I won’t ever go back here again.

I’ve always loved Deli Delicious sandwiches but when you have to wait almost 30 minutes to get your order (because we were a “walk in” customer), that’s not good. Have learned to call order in ahead now but feel sorry for future customers who just come in and order. Be prepared for a wait!

Have NEVER had a bad sandwich from any store, but today I decided to try the limited meat ball sub. When I got it home, it was literally 4 meatballs, no sauce, and something that looked like cheese, and none of the toppings I asked for. Not cool. And my bad for not checking at the store. But honestly, who forgets marinara on a meatball sub?

This is my favorite fast food sandwich chain. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious and this store is always clean. There are a couple of tables outside if you prefer to eat in the fresh air. They’re slightly more expensive than Subway but not too much, and definitely worth it.
