My wife and I went to this location today for lunch and this place was an awful mess, dirty tables everywhere, food all on the floor and on the counter by the register. If I was a food inspector this place would fail today badly. The manager on duty was not at his best today.

First of all, I always come to this location and usually love it!! But never once have I gone in and it be in the condition. There were spilt beans on tables and chairs. The counter was disgusting. I had enough and left. They didn’t serve us and were just talking. I will come back but I hope it’s in better condition with better employees.

I ordered $35.00 dollars worth of food and this is all they gave me for my order to go. Then got told by the store manager this is all I ordered but was charged $35.00 dollars and that their online order system was messed up. They re-cooked the order again and when I was givin’ the order the second time it was only a small cup of steak meat. There goes my door dash order and money just thrown away. Be careful ordering from this place.

The food is fine, but I stood there for at least 4 minutes around noon and was completely ignored. People were chopping wrapping scurrying around but no one was taking orders. This place has issues. Have had previous issues with being over charged too so watch that carefully.

The mobile order/online ordering is by far the worst cared about. Unless you physically go in the store you cannot guarantee you will get what you wanted. I cannot always make it into the store so when I pay extra money for it to be delivered, it really sucks when the order is wrong. They will refund you for a free entree but that doesn’t include the customs you extra paid for or the delivery fee… please fix this granbury store. Triple check your work. It doesn’t need to be rushed. I would rather wait than get it wrong and not have my dinner for the night.

It’s wild that it’s common knowledge you have to trick Chipotle into giving you double protein when your order and pay it by waiting until you get the first portion before ordering double protein or they will just take your money and give you 2 half scoops.

I saw the commercial for the new brisket bowl and was so excited to order it. I just got my delivery beans rice and sour cream only wow when I called to report the mistake They didn’t offer to send me out a new bowl they took the tip away from the delivery driver and gave me a discount on the order amount Which is no fault due to the driver but the restaurant itself
