For quick, great, Asian style food, this is the best! You don’t have to sit down for 2 hours to eat great entrees.

Well…to keep it short….I found metal threads from a stainless steel scrub brush in my food. Only found this after swallowing a couple bites and experiencing a sharp pain in my inside cheek…. guess that 10 dollar lunch is going to turn into an expensive trip to the hospital for x-rays to check for foreign object. Don’t eat here.

My coworker loves panda. Probably one of the best moments I’ve ever had there is when I asked one of the gals working there, “what’s your favorite, and she said the kung pow chicken” and I said cool I’ll try that. I’ve gotten it every time I’m back since.

Went through the drive thru – repeated my order 3x, then I am told they are out of an item, so I have to choose and repeat the rest again, then I am told they are out of yet another item, so I choose another – then there is still an item not listed so I repeat again. Then when I added a couple of extra items like spring rolls and Crab Rangoon I had to repeat it again – get home, and I have no Crab Rangoon. Wow! Terrible!

They are always out of stuff no matter what time you go. Food is good but always have to wait no matter what we get. They don’t have the basic items on their menu.

For being a fast food joint, Panda Express is pretty good. At least it has been. The food doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. The chicken used for the grilled teriyaki is fatty and the crab rangoon was seriously overcooked.

Since the traditional Chinese restaurants in town offer poor food at very high prices, Panda Express becomes a necessary alternative. Foof is ok, not great, but they have a huge problem in constantly running out of things. I was there on a Friday evening just before 8 and they had run out of steamed white rice. Although they are open till 9:30 on Fridays they said they would make no more white rice. Huh? White rice is the most essential Chinese food item. Not hard to make and not expensive either. I can understand not firing up a new batch of shrimp right before closing but running out of rice is inexcusable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited the Arrowhead Parkway location on 7/21/2022. I took the food home and didn’t finish my entire drink so I dumped it into the sink before throwing the cup away. Unfortunately for me that is when I discovered that there was a disgusting, dirty dime in my drink. I can’t imagine that was an accident. I can only imagine what they did to my food as well.

Honestly 75% of the time you come here, the lobby is closed for some reason hours before closing. I’ve been given incorrect food on delivery, too, with an unexplainable side of orange chicken that I didn’t order or want.
