Stopped by after my wife was bragging about a donut called “The Mounds”. Come to find out, this donut was something created for today only! Amanda was amazing and professional! She explained the donut and was all around very friendly to chat with! She has a very creative mind! I wish that donut was on the menu all the time! I placed a pickup order and then proceeded to have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When I asked what the hold up was at the window, the guy was super rude to me and shoved my drink at me almost dropping it. I then called and talked to the manager on duty and was met with the same rudeness! Definitely spend your money on coffee elsewhere.

It’s the only one we got here in Northwest Arkansas. It never fails to go simple on a breakfast plain bagel or if your a sweet tooth on breakfast hour or a need of a meat for the sausage croissants breakfast sandwich. All shorts of donuts small rounds even bite sizes. They have variety of coffee and staff do great. Fridge full. Restroom clean. I know construction is been made outside the parking but it doesn’t define the restaurant itself.

Have to say I was super excited about having this but I couldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting!!! Ordered hash browns and I got 5 & they were soggy . I asked if that was all they put in the hash browns was five because both of my orders came with five hashbrowns, she said no there should be six. LOL like really they only give six hashbrowns I thought she was joking but she wasn’t. Coffee is great food sucks. If I could’ve given it less than 1 star I sure would’ve

Got spicy latte with full of ice with less latte.Its just tasted ice water .very disappointed to see Donuts racks are empty.Staff is nice and friendly.They need to improve quality and add more flavors!! Next time don’t forget to ask go easy with ice !!

The quality of food and service has gone down everywhere, Dunkin’ isn’t exempt. They’re usually out of the donuts I like, apparently a donut shop isn’t capable of making more. Today they finally had my delicious vanilla creme donuts available, but they put so little creme they might as well call them powered donuts. I’ll just go to Shipley’s from now on.

This branch makes the worst hot chai latte in town. Ordered a small Hot chai latte and got charged for a medium but I let it go as I didn’t want to dispute over 50cents. My hot tea was delivered cold and was nothing but a watery sugar syrup with cream in it. Not a hint of chai spices that usually are added at other dunkin’ stores. The staff is lazy and not attentive
