These are the types of restaurants that I love. Mom and pop, never too crowded, and everyone greets you with a smile. But let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. How is the food? If you’re looking for Tex-Mex, you’re gonna love it. If you’re looking for sushi, you’re gonna be disappointed. The chips are not overly fried, nice and crispy, but not too thick. The queso can hang with anyone on the block. And the red salsa is good enough to eat it out of the bowl with a spoon. The service has always been great when we were there, and we’ll happily continue to leave overstuffed.

The beef and chicken fajitas were so tender and had a great flavor. The shrimp brochette was delicious and the green sauce with the chips was so yummy. The portion sizes are really good for the price and I can’t forget to mention that our waitress was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

I told the manager 3rd visit and it’s hot. What’s wrong with the air conditioning. He told me we could sit where it was cool. Couldn’t keep the bar area cool because of the entrance doors. Won’t be back.

Service was quick and awesome. I sat at the bar and the bartender really took care of me. My drink, chips and food came quickly. Ordered Queso Flamado with chorizo. It tasted great!

The service was great to start off. Chips & Salsa is good. If it was thicker sauce. Then it would have been a perfect way to start off. The Carne Guisada plate was a let down. $20 for watery sauce with a little bit meat. If you’re going to charge an absurd amount. Put some more food. Other restaurants charge less and add way more meat. The rice taste like school cafeteria mexican rice. Refried beans are refried beans. Nothing to complain about. 3 flour tortillas come with your dish. My wife’s fajita burrito was more bang for your buck. Burrito is drenched in cheese with rice and beans. The fajita was a bit overcooked. Still pretty decent. Overall the experience is moderate. Not to flashy nor piss poor. Also on Saturdays, there is a live band that plays.

Very good experience here for the day after Cinco de Mayo (Saturday). The service and food were both great and the premium margaritas were excellent. On this particular evening, the had mariachis indoors and an all out lucha libre show outside. A great time overall. Will be back.
