Jed’s local has the softest poboy bread in town! I went today for the first time and got the buffalo chicken poboy. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Crisp, cool, fresh washed lettuce, thick, juicy tomato, extra pickles and just the right amount of Buffalo sauce. The QUALITY of their ingredients elevates this poboy. I also had some debris fries and frankly, that pot roast debris is the best pot roast in town. Good, homemade thick, dark gravy topping pillowy fries and ultra cheesy sauce with a couple jalepeños on top. Artistry. Highly recommend yall swing by and see for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!

This place is nice, the service is friendly and the food was delicious. I only have 4 stars because the portions were a little lacking, but I have no real complaints. Cleanliness, speed, friendliness, and a delicious bloody mary made for a good lunch stop!

Had the whole Cuban. Flavor of the pork was great, hell flavor of the sandwich was great. But priced at $20.99 for a couple slices of generic ham and I bet it didn’t have 2oz of the pork left a lot to be desired. Like a said flavor was good, but there was more bread than anything for sure and that’s no good. ♂️

After calling 10 times. I pull up and notice workers just walking by the phone. I walk in just to discover they had the phone off. I purchased 2 half and half meals. Food was season excellent. However, I did not receive any tarter or cocktail sauce, No ketchup, or salad dressing(which supposed to come with the meal). My food was very dry. SEASONED, but dry! Along with that, the amount for a half and half is not worth the price. It’s literally a kids meal. 2 fish and 6 shrimp with fries.

First time I ordered the Jeds cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was really delicious. Even the fries were good too! I was very pleased with my food. Second time I ordered the pulled pork poboy… it left much to be desired. It wasn’t pressed and it was rather dry without the BBQ sauce. I will definitely go again and try more menu items, but I’ll steer clear of the BBQ pulled pork because it wasn’t my favorite. Overall, the service was great and the place was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely go again soon!

A new place opened today on Jefferson between Government and Claycut. I was on the run, so I ordered to go. It’s not far from my house so the food was still crisp and hot when I got there. Don’t judge me. Lol
