Trying to order pizza from a Domino’s in Montpelier VT and have it delivered to a Montpelier address is nearly impossible. You get a robot to take your order to then it tells you it can’t be delivered to your address. Then you ask for a human and they disconnect you. Then you call 3 more times and ask for a human and each time the human disconnects you. Never again!

Just had the wings,,, tasted precooked and warmed in a microwave? Maybe just poor quality chicken? Even the ceaser salad was lacking luster.. I hate spending money on fast food. Haven’t in awhile. Reminded now why I stopped ordering out.

Been ordering intermittently here since they opened. Usually it’s great and just what you’d expect. Pretty frustrating today to order online and have the food never show. From the reviews I can see I’m not the only one. After an hour I called to ask about my order and was told they are closed due to lack of staff and will refund the $. I TOTALLY get not having staff right now and I even understand the online ordering system still going through. But I feel pretty strongly that the right way to deal with this was to call customers and tell them you aren’t able to fulfill their order so they can make other plans.

Domino’s Pizza is good. However I tried to call in an order when I didn’t have access to a computer and after hearing all of the advertising about their new bites, which I really don’t care about nor have the time… and finally when I got a real person on the phone, I found out they would not honor any specials unless you ordered online. Obviously, not being at a computer, I was unable to do that. We ended up ordering Chinese!! Actually next time as I think about this, we will order from Pizza Hut!! Too bad Domino’s makes you jump through so many hops. Again, their pizza is good; but its not great to stop me from ordering from someplace else!!
