Ordered a speciality pizza for take out. We were so hungry. Been traveling all day. When we picked it up and got back to the hotel room there was hardly any sauce on it at all. The veggies were hard and cold. I started a chat with a rep and thought maybe they would try to make it right. But this is what they said:

My husband & I ate here a few weeks ago, and had a very good lunch. Pepperoni pizza for him & a buffalo chicken wrap with french fries for myself. Our meal was delicious & I enjoyed the paintings / decor of the restaurant. I ordered a tiramisu To-Go, but it was okayy.. Other than that, we’ll be back soon for another quick, tasty lunch.

We were traveling and stopped for dinner. It was great pizza and our kids loved their subs. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. We will definitely stop again when traveling.

Nothing special here ,had better chicken Parm at Olive Garden ,got a to go order to take back to my room,no utensils included,came with cold bread knotz no butter not even garlic flavored,got calamari and it was breaded and not crispy,just soft and lifeless like the rest of the food

Was there with a party of five. We were sat in what appeared to be the main dining room. Got got menus and started ordering drinks. The waitress was not aware of pricing or if they could do frozen Margaritas. She asked if we wanted her to go check? Of course that is why we asked. We ordered drinks and a few minutes later food while trying to converserse over the table. It was very loud and we had to raise our voices to be heard across the table. We realized as we talked, there was one gentleman talking very loudly, so loud the whole restaurant was aware of the subject of his conversation. Hince everyone in the restaurant was raising their voice to be heard at their tables. We asked if that gentleman could be asked to lower his voice. He was asked and it was pleasant for a few minutes as he again starting talking loudly. The food was satisfactory, but not good enough to drive an hour to eat there again. Thanks for allowing this post BTW the check was 160 170. With a generous tip of 20%. For less than an hour as the atmosphere was so loud.

They slid not one, but two of their sh1tty flyers under my hotel door. I placed an order. It was confirmed. 2 hours later I call and they said my order was canceled because it was out of delivery range and of course, no manager available. Don’t order here if you want dependability, you won’t get it. Even if the reach out to you with solicitation first. I only left one star because it was the lowest rating I could give. They deserve a zero.

The space it occupies is absolutely beautiful. A very pleasant dining experience. My go to meal is meat lovers pizza with anchovies added but cooked a little longer and don’t forget an appetizer. I recommend the breaded mushrooms. If you do a take out and order the mushrooms you will want to eat those on your drive home…they don’t hold up well, they are meant to be ate hot.
