Had a big piece of a blue plastic bag melted on my Philly cheesteak and my husband’s. Ask them to make it again without mayo because I’m pregnant. They made it with mayo. There was an oversized trash can with trash boasting with trash from the top and it was right in front of where they prepare the food. The guy preparing the food took a vaping break while the food was cooking and came back to prepare the food without washing hands or putting on gloves. The quality has gone down big time.

It was a particularly cold night and I couldn’t get warm. I wanted a warm beverage but none were offered. I asked for a salad but that is also not on the menu. They said I could get a sandwich without bread which I ordered. But it came with the bread anyway.

This Charley’s location is EXCELLENT! Super clean and staff is very friendly. The food is made with ALL the love! The cheese steaks are a good size and perfectly portioned. The fries are crispy and didn’t get soggy even with the cheese. Would def eat here again!

Definitely felt some preferential treatment against me. I was with my boyfriend and once we entered the store, the cashier only verbally acknowledged him and just stared at me with a blank face. I don’t expect customer service workers use “maam” to refer to me but he only ever called my boyfriend “sir” and nothing for me. He also didn’t give me a receipt but he gave my boyfriend one. Terrible customer service.

Remeber I am from the Philly area and always looking for a good cheasesteak. Have eaten there before and was OK. Was in the area figured give them another shot. They must have changed where they get there ingredients. If I took that to Philly they would (not good). The steak, onions and peppers were of sub quality and they over cooked. It didn’t wasn’t an Amoroso’s. Maybe in Mexico this is a great cheasesteak but not here and the price was very overpriced for what you get. Fries were frozon. Maybe $5 for the combo not in near $14. They were super nice. Maybe they can learn from PP. Hard to fork out unnecessary $$ for someone on limited budget. Sub par restaurants and being over charged should not be but they are plentiful. Hope to try here again if they are change their ingredients. 🙂

The Philly are always good. One of the reasti to is because of the fried. I really wanted fries as I love them but looking at the orders ahead of me and around the restaurant didn’t look good at all . The all look old and not cooked and they were very dark. I saw many half eaten order left on table s I Didn’t see any seasoning being added. So opted not to buy
