Staff has always been great over the years. The past two visits have resulted in the low rating. Last time we ordered dessert and there was a layer of icing in the cup, not even half full. We assumed it was a mistake… ordered and paid for extra icing cups this time and all were near empty upon opening. The desert was also covered in burnt chunks (beyond the Oreo cookie pieces). One time is understandable, twice shows a trend in poor product.

Ive always been a Papa Johns guy.. always. Papa delivered the goods whenever we needed it and I was always satisfied… Oh how the times have changed. Mouth watering Pizza that would take you to another dimension, now reduced to dry paper and ash. My Cheesy breadsticks werent even cheesy… it was just bread…. lll be taking my business to Dominoes where atleast i know ill get something “quality”.

I ordered a pizza and wanted green peppers and the pizza was delivered with green olives instead of green pepper. I called the manager and he said he was going to make us a new pizza it never came and when I called him back he said that I was rude. And said that he cancelled the order. So this man had us waiting for a pizza that was never going to be delivered. These people need to get their act together . That’s Rude.

This is the second time I’ve ordered and the pizza is so over cooked the cheese isn’t like cheese on a pizza it it tough and I won’t order again. I know things can be hard but twice a couple months apart. How the top can be hammered where you can’t even tell there is cheese on it and its chewy and not good. Ordering from a different place now cause my son wanted pizza.

I ordered the shaq pizza, the ad stated it came with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, it did have extra pepperoni but only on a few slices and no extra cheese, there were areas of pizza that had no cheese.
