Very friendly staff, fast service. Food was really good- roast beef sandwiches, French dip, curly and crinkle fries, mozzarella sticks and an apple turnover- all excellent with good portions of roast beef. Great deal- we used the app to get the classic prices.

Lady at drive thru was very rude like we were bothering her, when we tried to make sure the order was correct she said “hold on I’ve already sent that to the kitchen!” After that she cut us off when we were trying to make sure the fries were crinkle…then came back on the speaker & seemed like we were annoying her again. She was the shift manager Veronica. Arby’s needs to have their employees take customer service training!! We will not be back to this location!!

Cussed out at the drive thru. And can’t get a hold of anyone to help resolve this issue. Employees and manager on shift were very rude, all because of an incorrect order. Wish to get a hold of the owner or someone in charge, clearly they don’t need to be working in a people friendly environment. Manager on shift Was Veronica. Wouldn’t even suggest me someone that I could possibly talk to. 0/10. The owner should do better .

We ordered our food, heat lamp wasn’t on. The lady at the counter put our food on the tray and then sat it back on the counter. Then was bagging everything for driver thru. She need to wait for fries. So instead of giving us our food and bringing or telling us our fries were done, she let our food get cold. Our food was on the counter for about 5 min. We asked for our food to be remade and the general manager put it in the microwave. We got a refund
