I checked into my hotel and was tired with 3 hungry kids. I ordered a New York pizza and a pineapple. The pineapple one was good..but the New York pizza was BURNT and very little cheese!! Imposible to comunicate with someone over the phone. Delivery driver dumped the pizza on the floor in front of the door and next to garbage can. Push the ring button and ran away (we did not other contactess delivery) we have him on video and picture of how they deliver pizza. Still today no refund.

I’m trying to do better with my reviews. I gotta give credit when it’s due. The wait time seemed way too long. I gotta say though, it was worth the wait. This was the best Papa John’s I’ve had in years. My wife uttered those same words as we were both stuffing our face. I’m only doing 4 stars because of the wait time. The manager was direct and trying to keep me on ice.

Driver couldn’t find the house. Show exact on google and apple maps. They didn’t call, just took the pizza back. Then, they still charged a delivery fee. No one there even cared. The people at the desk were clueless. I recommend getting your pizza somewhere else.

No issues. Placed an order for delivery and was quoted 60 minutes. Called to change to a takeout as I would drive myself to get the order and save 45 minutes. Waited on hold nearly 10 minutes before someone answered. Pizza was good though!

This location is a hit or miss most of the time. Either the food is hot or it seems like it’s been sitting on the heat rack for an hour. Just this week I went 2 days in a row and ordered the same thing (cheese sticks). The first time I arrived 5 minutes after receiving the alert that my order was ready to be picked up and it was dry and tasteless. The next day, it was great even though I waited forever for it.

Papa John’s pizza is truly amazing! I really love it. But, i will never let them deliver. They can come deliver to you with a loose dog in the car?? Since when? No thanks… i don’t want a dog to taste my food before it gets to me. I find that unprofessional and unhygienic!!

Picked up on 6/15 and I walk in the woman working says nothing doesn’t look up at all while making pizzas then proceeds to walk back towards a door then back again to making pizzas. At this point I say hello cause I don’t know if she realizes I’m there. She says I’ll be with you in a second I’m the only one here with an attitude. I get that she’s the only person there idc about a wait. It’s her weird behavior and completely ignoring me instead of simply saying hey I have to do this real quick then I’ll be with you. Whole experience was weird and rude. I have a feeling it was due to my height and her thinking I was a child rather than a 30 year old adult. Def won’t be back.

They are fast making pizzas but the cashier got stuck on the phone forever and no one else stepped in to ask me anything – 2 ppl came and clocked in and didn’t say anything to me. I do blame the customer for talking on the phone for forever but there were many gaps when the cashier was silent, why not ask them to be on hold for a few minutes, there was no one else waiting with me.
