Sandwiches are good. I wouldn’t consider them great however. The ingredients are fresh but the taste is somewhat on the bland side. Maybe better seasonings would help.I know lots of people love this place but this is just my opinion. I think the stand out to the sandwich is their bread. They claim it’s baked fresh daily and I tend to agree. I just found out. You can buy the bread alone as take out and make your own sandwiches at home which is a good alternative. Warm or hot sandwiches are somewhat limited thus is a better sub shop for cold sandwiches.

I placed an online order today, and honestly, this was THE best Jimmy John’s sandwich I have ever had. Hands down. The staff was attentive, they apologized when my order wasn’t ready when I walked in the door, which wasn’t necessary because I was early. The presentation of the food was spot on, and the quality of the ingredients was superb. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be my go to location. Thank you!!

Went to Jimmy John’s in New lenox around 1pm they told me that the bread was to hot to cut it would be like 10 minutes so I came back in 10 minutes get my sandwich and the bread is old must be the stuff that the guy bought from a different store I seen walking through the parking lot with a tray of uncovered bread

Day and night shift employees are rude, orders are consistently messed up. Obvious poor management and teamwork. Workers make the environment very unwelcoming. After multiple recent visits, I will not be returning to this Jimmy Johns ever again.

This jimmy johns location is a complete joke. The customer service is terrible and the manager should be fired . If you mess up a order and get asked politely to make the order correct. You should do that, not catch a attitude and call the cops on a paying customer. That’s completely out of line to do to a paying customer. Understanding mistakes happen, as a manager you can fix them without blowing the situation out of proportion.
