So I tried about three times to place my order at the drive thru and the guy taking my order was mumbling and couldn’t get what I was saying even though I said it clearly and slowly. He then was like just come to the window. He then stuck his head out the window and proceeded to ask for my order by saying, “what do you want.” I still had to keep repeating myself over and over again. Two of the workers looked like they were possibly high as a kite and were moving at a snail’s pace. I literally sat there for about 20 min trying to make sure my order was correct and then still had to wait to get my order. The customer service at the place is non existent. They didn’t even care that I was frustrated. I spent almost 50 dollars on food. Not to mention it was put together poorly also. This is just sad and ridiculous. Why not hire employees who actually care a little?!

Spent 25 minutes trying to pick up an online order with 3 soft drinks. App wasn’t working, so we tried 3 regular stalls for about 4 or 5 minutes each, then proceeded to the drive-thru to wait 10 minutes before finally getting our now watered down drinks.

I ordered two food items and one drink. I had to repeat myself three times given the guy taking the order just couldn’t get it right. That’s not the part that bothered me. I asked for ranch each time I stated what I wanted which was three times I asked for ranch. I got my food checked the bag and no ranch was there so I had to ask a fourth time for that. I was charged extra for the extra cherries I wanted in my drink that would be ok if that’s what I got. That’s not what I got. I said more then once I want a lot of extra cherries. I want many of them in my drink and I got charged extra to see there were two cherries in total in the cup. I don’t enjoy paying extra for something im not receiving.

Great place to stop by to get a nice treat! Everything is great, from the hand crafted shakes to the chicken tenders. This location never disappoints and is my go to spot for a treat. They are quick and easy and I am out of there in minutes. The workers always have a smile on their faces and thank me for stopping by.

With much reservation, I stopped here on the way home, hoping to get a decent order of chili cheese fries. I only eat at Sonic’s about once every couple of years, mainly because the quality has declined since the 90’s. However, Ms. Ada is a great example of what a manager should be! She prepares your food as if she is preparing it for herself (her words). My fries were so good that I had to call back and get her name for this review! If every Sonic’s had management like this, who strives for excellent customer service and quality preparation of food, Sonic’s would crush the fast food industry…I’ll definitely be back soon to see Ms. Ada…she’s truly a gem with such a beautiful spirit!
