Great food and service. Sometimes orders are messed up (not often) but if you write a formal complaint though Jimmy John’s they always make it right. Corporate forces franchises to a minimum number of bad reviews a month or they’re reprimanded. Have always had issues resolved in a timely manner.

I drove out to get a sub from Jimmy John’s. Their posted hours says open until 8:00, but they were closed before 7:30 due to a little snow….in Michigan! I went to Subway and will do so from now on.

Ordered 2 Subs for delivery, was told after we placed the order that there was no delivery driver (which I understand, everyone is short staffed). My total came out to 36 dollars roughly, When the store called they said they had to void out the first order to take the Tip and delivery off the order, then charge me again.
