When it was the Pizza Factory in the complex with the comic shop, the pizza was exponentially better. This time, I honestly feel I was ripped off. $14 for a small white pizza with Sundried tomatoes and pesto, and the tomatoes were burned to legitimate charcoal. The whole pizza was overdone to barely being edible. The other pizza was a large extra cheese, and there was barely regular amounts of cheese, and also a bit overcooked. Not happy with the results of tonight’s order, so I think we’re just going to order from Roma’s next time.

When I tell you this place should shut its doors. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving this so called pizza. I asked for a cheese pizza and received a pizza full of tomato paste spread on a burnt crust topped with a hand full of so called cheese when I asked for extra cheese. The absolute worst that I’ve had in my life. Rating???? Minus 1 star.

Pizza Factory on Lebanon Pike is terrible! Ordered sampler- all the food was undercooked. Mozzarella sticks were hard logs of cheese. Tried to call about food, phone kept forwarding to Sicilian Pizza and the woman insisted she knew nothing about Pizza Factory! Both have exact sameenu and one phone rings both places?? I’m the office manager at a local hotel- I will be throwing out menus for both restaurants! I won’t be recommending any of this garbage to any of the guests in my hotel!

Taste of the pizza was good. But one of the pizzas all mushed together in the box. And we had to run after our delivery guy cause he walked away with our dessert. Wouldn’t order from this place again. Tried to add picture of our mushed pizza but I couldn’t for some reason.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The food is exceptionally awful and burnt to a crisp. I have ordered from here twice and both times it looked like a 9 year old cooked my pizza. Please never purchase anything from here unless you’re expecting anything more than terrible.

Ordered a pizza online, was told pickup in 20 minutes. I show up, they take forever to get to me, have no idea about my order, check the computer, and THEN they start hurridly making it. Not worth it; never making this mistake again.
