I don’t feel this is very exceptable I have a mess it was over ran with ketchup mustard and mayo that everything dripped out fell out I am very disappointed I normally don’t have an issue with my food here. Very unhappy. I know we all have off days, and I’m sorry whoever is in that station is having a bad day. I do hope their night gets better, so maybe someone else has a better experience

The reason why I give them a 3 is because they’re customer service isn’t very good, the staff that works the window have no customer service skills and my ice coffee that I get is always watered down. I don’t ever go there for myself anymore I only go to the south McDonald’s now. The south McDonald’s makes my coffee PERECT, always have friendly people at the windows.

I only buy sweet tea cause I’m not a fan of fastfood like that but my son says they always get it wrong so I do know that when I do come through they seem to be annoyed and all I get is tea so. I will never understand why young and old folks that don’t like people seem to always work in customer service it’s mind boggling,we don’t work there so why are y’all always mad? I worked in a snack bar that served steak, shrimp, prime rib etc. It was a SNACK BAR and I enjoyed working there and the customers loved me so it’s possible to go to work and be kind to people who didn’t do anything to u but order food from where you work you know? Good luck

i see now why they ask you to ‘please pull up to the next window.’ Apparently your food is not quite at room temperature yet Ice cream is always warmer than the food. Out of 5 items i ordered, everything was cold except the pop. Guy working the window is apparently a deaf mute.
