First time ever having pizza from here. Was pleasantly surprised it was good! Hot and fresh! We Ordered the Butcher shop specialty pizza and a plain cheese and regular pepperoni for the kids. Romeo’s pizza is generally a safe bet, but the Brookpark location (Snow Rd) is always (seriously, 8 / 8 times I’ve ordered in 2023) fresh when you pickup. In addition to the food being in point, the service is friendly & prompt on a consistent basis.

Very bad pizza. Always undercooked. Always drowned in sauce. Not just once. This location has had this problem for years. Unfortunately I do not get to decide every meal for my household, and my roommate will often forget how bad they are, then rue the decision to order it after the fact. Another pizza mostly thrown in the garbage.

Had order my pizza and boneless wings at the end of the night. But I didn’t get my order, what I got was nothing that I ordered I should have gotten a large pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza instead I got a cheese pizza. Of course I couldn’t complain to anyone because the store closed. I tried to call them back first thing in the morning and nobody answered, or nobody came to work, good help is so hard to find, I get it. But I am very disappointed very disappointed , I did love the pizza sauce and the boneless wings were good… Might not go to that one ever again…
