Interesting food with such dishes as venison, Tasmanian trout etc. Like the venison. Had Redfin which was OK. Reasonably price for Palm Springs (main course $25 – 30). Service is a bit overly enthusiastic and would win at knowing the dishes more. Simple room.

This place is aweome. I first came here the week it opened, and ordered Cowboy Candy and a Burger. It was amazing. The plates came out quickly, and extra attention was put into presentation. The food tasted just as good as it looked. And finally, someone understands that more is not always better. The portions were filling, but far from excessive. The ceramic that the food came on was simple, but tasteful. The beer list isn’t boring, but they were sure to put something on there for everyone. The menu was well thought out, unique, and very chef driven. However, there were plenty of safe options for simple tastes. I figured all this attention put into the plates, was due to me being one of the few in the restaurant, as well as trying to make a good first inpression. I was wrong, I came back again last night, with my girlfriend, and found several tables eating and ordering, as well as a small group of demanding costumers. I ordered the same as last time, but a chicken sandwich instead, and added Trotter Tots. Even with the kitchen busy, the food was just as brilliant as before. The interior is warm, the walls are wood paneled, and that gives the restaurant a clean subtle outdoorsy smell and feel. Interesting art is hung on the walls, and the lighting is mellow, with very tasteful fixtures. Music was playing, but it was soft and tasteful as well. With this quality, one would expect to pay a premium, this isn’t the case. The prices were surprisingly low. My starters were just four bucks, and a thick juicy burger, with fries, just 12. I eat out once a month, and I’ll be making this my only option in the foreseeable future.

Delicious high end food at a good price. Our group had almost all the mains on the menu and all were excellent. I don’t recall seeing it mentioned on the menu, but the steaks and chops are cooked sous vide and as a result extraordinarily tender and delicious. The candied jalapeños were a stand out starter and the spring tam salad was stellar. Note that this is a beer and wine only bar. Call for reservations as they seem to be quite busy.

The kale chips are hands down the best I’ve ever had!! Oh my goodness, I wish I could other them by the bag. Ordered family style and got a number of the dishes in the menu – not a single complaint! Plus Justin is do sweet to come out and thank his guests personally.

Duck and chicken dishes were outstanding. Very affordable wine list with moderate markup. Only negative was texture of calamari. While flavor was good, many pieces a bit chewy. Not sure if just old or over cooked. Going to assume the latter

I came with a table of four and we all ordered something different and had a tasting. What incredible food! This place is modern and gourmet yet relaxed and low key. I will for surely be back again and again! My personal favorite was the pork shank! Everything about that dish was perfect. Five stars!

This was a terrific find on a Sunday evening. Limited menu and everything was unique. We have to go back to try other items but both loved our choices, grits & shrimp and perfect pasta, parmesan, pepper, and shrimp. Would reorder in a heartbeat. Wonderful service.

DELICIOUS! The Birds & Bees charcuterie plate was incredible; the pate legitimately blew my mind. Had a terrific evening enjoying delicious food by the fire outside. Winter Seasonal salad, roasted cauliflower, beets w/ pistachio butter. All fantastic. I highly recommend Justin for an innovative menu you can feel good about!
