Very quick. Food was hot. Drink cold. I was downstairs when they arrived and they were kind enough to put the food in my hotel room for me and when the driver came down I asked them to sign the receipt so I could tip the lady. Crazy but they told me that they don’t do that. Lol

If it’s going to be an hour, then say so. I was told 15-20 minutes on my last two orders, about 7 weeks apart, and had to wait 30 minutes on the first one, and have waited 30 minutes already on the second one. Still waiting.

My experience was unpleasant. I stood there at least 6 min. and none of the employees washed their hands. I had to tell the employee I didn’t want the food he fixed because I saw him at the drive thru & received customer money & touching everything like cash register, driv thru window handle. Plus, a guy came in from delivery pizza and went in the kitchen without washing his hands & grabbed the ticket & start getting food out the oven & preparing the boxes putting the food in it so he can go back out to make deliveries. So, “PLEASE” tell ALL employees to wash the hands throughout the day especially if they touch ANYTHING. Covid is still out there….

I think you should stick to pizza. Your so called loaded tots are bad. The tots soak up all the juice from the sauce and become mush. Worse than fries. Not worth it. Plus your commercial is a lie.

Every time I order I get the same pasta. The app doesn’t allow you to add extra mushrooms or onions but Vaughn sees it is me every time now and makes sure I get the right toppings even before I call the store to let them know. Great service wonderful people.

I am often disappointed with this location’s staff, food, and prices. They are often understaffed, and what staff is available is often rude (certainly understandable if they are over-worked and under-appreciated – as I assume). The orders are often wrong, and wait times are often an hour or more. The prices (even with coupons) can be quite steep for such mediocre food. I hope they are able to rectify the staffing issue and get this location back on track.

Despite there being only 1 person working in the entire place, the pizza was done in less than 20 minutes and it was delicious. We got one pizza that was half pepperoni and half Supreme, the ratio was a little off but nevertheless it fed my picky 5 year old and my husband and I. Better than Lil Ceasars in any case.
