I called to order the pizza special with pepperoni although I didn’t want the pepperoni the agent said I had to get it with pepperoni if I want the sale price. I told her to make a note for them to go lite on the pepperoni then she said I’m required to get the full order I wanted sausage instead I wouldn’t have even cared if the pepperoni was on the side I was willing to pay for it but since they’ve made it so difficult to get the sale items I said forget it and ordered elsewhere. The prices are absolutely ridiculous there anymore anyway and it’s going to be awhile before I order again and I normally ordered about twice a month. Napolis was my real first job when I was in high school 30+ years ago and I have no idea what happened that service has gotten so horrible I will say they are with no doubt one of the cleanest restaurants if not the cleanest around that’s one thing the Waldecks are very picky about I just wish they would get back to customer service as a former CWC cs trainer and lead my expectations are high and at this point Napolis is a 1 out of 10 being the highest

I order Carryout here all the time, but recently, I have waited 10+ minutes on the phone to order before giving up and ordering with a competitor (even though the automated voice says average wait time is 1-2 minutes). I’ve also been seen by employees through the drive through window and been ignored. I love the food but I’m ordering from a competitor again tonight.

I placed an order over the internet with not hearing anything for about an hour I called to see if my order went through and the woman who answered was completely rude and said that the number I put in was wrong and I said that the internet already had the area code put for me so it messed my number up and she didn’t have to be rude. She then continued to be rude and hung up on me… After I just waited 25 mins or more to even get someone to answer their phone.. how is that good for business? That the employees can pick and choose who they want to get their services.
