This place needs to just close down. After giving then MANY chances to at least be decent, they continue to make nasty food and steal from the customers. 12 times now, I have paid for 2 extra sauces and never got any of them. Same with extra bread. I called and talked to a manager. I thought I might have got through. They told me to come by and they would give my a #1 for my trouble. So I did, and it was probably the worst yet. I threw it straight in the garbage. It’s sad that these places take absolutely NO accountability. All we can do is make sure not to give them out hard earned money.

I am usually not this person. I work in customer service, and I understand that people have bad days. However, my friend and I came here and first off, you can barely even hear the person through the speaker when you’re ordering thru drive (not their fault, but should be fixed). I asked if we could upgrade my friends fries for her meal to the loaded fries and they just said no ma’am no ma’am no ma’am, over and over again in the rudest tone. Didn’t try to help at all, and I asked again to make sure they heard me right and they just kept saying no ma’am over and over. I know that’s not true, you can upgrade fries (literally in the sides option). At least give me a reason why and say we can get it on the side? My friend went in and had to buy stuff to make her own fries(which they were very unkind about it inside too). In the whole experience they act like you’re an inconvenience to them. This isnt even about the fries, it’s the complete lack of decency towards your customers. Don’t come here unless you wanna have a bad day. Zaxby’s, please work on your customer service. It’s embarrassing.

No tea in the dispenser. Out of several coke products. The dining room was un kept. Trash on the counter where the dink dispenser were. Floors hasn’t been swept. Bathroom nasty. Very unprofessional employees. If chick fil la can keep up their business why can’t others? Because others has poor management.

Food was as expected, but the place was very disheveled. No napkins or drink lids available. Every table was dirty from the previous patron. We had to wipe the crumbs off the seat and tabletop to use them. There were plenty of workers available to fix this, and it wasn’t busy at all, so no clue why they didn’t.

As fried chicken fingers and related salads and meals go, Zaxby’s are pretty good. They also have chicken wing meals that I haven’t tried yet. This Wetumpka Zaxby’s service is pretty efficient.

This Zaxby’s always does a great job, The food is always fresh, The staff is always great and never had a problem. The only thing as our situation we are in with COVID-19 it is a little bit more difficult, But going through the drive thru is most of the time very quick. This might be an update to some but as of now they are allowing you to go inside and Order and take it back out or you can order ahead by calling or over there app. The hours have changed to ( 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ) Hope this helps some people that don’t know some of this stuff..
