The gravy on the chicken fried steak was so watered down that it was water. See photo. Other meal we got , they forgot the seasonjng in their flour, when breading the strips. 100% will never be back. This food should have never been served.

You know people work hard for their money period point blank!! An after a hard days of work you want to get the best for your buck!!! And today this place has really dropped the ball! Being served food that’s not fully prepared is one thing but I have 3 young children I’m serving as well! The place wasn’t busy I pulled right up to the speaker, my order was a mobile order and I was 5mins late to pick up so it’s not like I was rushing! As I approach the window the cashier tells me, “ohh I’m sorry we was out of apple pies so we threw more biscuits in for you(basically didn’t give me an options) ” first off I didn’t order biscuits so why would you think I want extra biscuits??? All around bad customer service! But to get home and make my children plates to see unprepared/ partially prepared food was devastating and heart breaking and their putting the mashed potatoes in 20oz fountain drink CUPS!!!! I had small issue before big this here takes the cake with the unprepared mashed potatoes!!! It’s really unacceptable!

Usually this location is pretty good. Today that was not the case. My chicken was overly cooked and hard, same for the biscuit. Didn’t mind the upcharge for getting Mac and cheese but the cup had about four bites…so not worth it. The line was slow as F. Won’t be returning for awhile after this trip. Ordered chicken strips and wasn’t asked for any kinda sauce and the strips were hard. Just terrible all the way around, waste of twenty bucks.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Ever since they changed their name this place is trash. They wouldn’t honor coupons, they upped their prices 100%, and the quality is just gross. I will never go back after my wife was laughed at and made fun of by three workers there because she complained they had messed up our order and gave us small side items instead of the large sides we ordered. I even emailed their corporate website and complained and got no response. Workers also don’t wear gloves and the inside of the place looked disgusting. I’m sure it’s roach infested. Sad ending to what used to be our favorite chicken restaurant. Will never go back unless I want a stomach virus.

Do not order online from this location. I REPEAT DO NOT order online! My family ordered online directly from church’s website. When we came to pick up order the worker Jose could not find the order in his system and had no training to look up order another way. There was no manager working on Super Bowl Sunday. We even showed proof of the online order and had an order number. In the email confirmation it even states you don’t need an order number. Jose stated there was nothing he could do and it’s happened before. It was a waste of 45 minutes and gas. Corporate isn’t open on Sunday so we are getting charged $41.58 for no food!

Excellent Church’s location here. Chicken is always hot and fresh, as well as the sides. I get through the drive thru quickly every time. The employees are always on point and do a great job. Fast food restaurants are hit and miss but I have no complaints with this one. The spicy chicken is my favorite

Came for a DoorDash, told them at the speaker then there was a long silence so we went to the window and the 1st thing we noticed was that 2 people were just sitting on their phones talking and laughing, then the person on the speaker comes to the window to say that it’ll be a 20min wait when there are no other cars and the other workers were still just sitting there.
