On our way to college visit with our children, stopped here to get coffee and some food lady that took her order indoors at an attitude to begin with, my bagel that was supposed to be toasted was cold. I went up there and asked for it to get toasted and this is what they gave me back after they rolled her eyes at me like they paid for my breakfast. Everyone has bad days I get it but it is not my fault if you’re unhappy at your job, maybe you should quit!

This location was recommended to me by a friend who shared that this location is one of the best in the area. They are one of the best locations in the area. The dining room is always clean; the staff is knowledgeable, and they will creat any custom drink to your liking. I’ve had only positive experiences here. They have had other donuts that other locations haven’t. They have made my coffee drinks to my specifications and they haven’t disappointed or been super sweet. They haven’t had long waits or long lines either. The one manager is super friendly and very nice.

I drive by the Dunkin in Wauconda on rt76 that is 4 minutes from house to go to the Volo location. Many reasons why I make the extra drive. Not only is Volo priced less for EVERYTHING on the menu but they have a great attitude and smile in the mornings unlike the staff at Wauconda with there attitude issues.

She asked at the window when I pull up if I want to try a signature late. Key word late, which is why she doesn’t even have to ask hot or cold. I agree to a late and tell her which I would like and also a donut. I was the only one in line and there was next to no one inside and they still couldn’t get my order right. It was a cold coffee without a straw (I hate when fast food places forget that with a drink) and the most stale donut I’ve had from any Dunkin’ in my life and I cannot believe they are selling donuts this completely dry. If you have time to lean you have time to clean as I saw another employee just chillin behind the counter as I waited for my wake up wrap to be reheated in the microwave. Or at least that’s how it tastes, pipping hot in edges and warm in the middle. If you are not making minimum wage you should be, this isn’t rocket science and you’re not a barista. Smh.

They randomly closed the inside this morning which is fine but there was no sign on the door saying that so I did not know and the girl working was very rude to me. She asked me if I had a mobile pick up and I replied no and then she snapped at me and said I need to go to the drive thru. She also rolled her eyes at me. Not apologetic and had horrible customer service when I was nothing but nice 🙁 they have messed up my order multiple times but I have never complained cuz mistakes happen but there is no reason to be so rude

I enjoy this location. Clean and friendly staff. Orders are usually prepped without major delays even in the drive thru. The breads are also really soft which I like. You don’t always find that being consistent between one DD and another. So good job for not overbaking the donuts!
