The food was delicious. We had the crispy chicken sandwiches and the beef bulgogi. I also had the shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were delicious but low quantity. They need to put like 4 tacos in one order and give a side with it. So unless you’re willing to spend 2 orders on shrimp tacos just for yourself it’s kind of a no go unless you have a small appetite. Once again we enjoyed it all very much.

This is located in Safeway parking lot a small food truck joint. The person on the counter was very polite we didn’t try a lot of dishes.But I love those umami fries we went back couple of times just for the fries. Amazing thick cut fries with the sauces

The crispy chicken sandwich was amazing. Juicy, flavorful, and even better paired with the Umami fries (which were perfectly tossed in sauce.) We will definitely be back to try the beef chow fun!

Loved this food truck!! We got the beef bulgogi, the umami fries, and pork belly and they were all amazing. Everything had tons of flavor. We are here on vacation and this food truck is the best thing I have tasted since I have been here. Don’t pass up this spot!!!

Everything is amazing and beyond expectation, Thai beef taco will blow your mind, it is rather a dish full of different tastes than a simple taco. And the salt and pepper chicken is definitely authentic and kids will love it as well. It’s our favorite food truck on the island.

Spent 3 weeks in Hawaii on 2 islands. THIS IS THE BEST FOOD WE ATE THE ENTIRE TRIP. Chick Sandwich with upgraded umami fries=AMAZING! Brussels = so good! And the Noodles with Beef scrumptious! I would drive from anywhere in Maui to Lahaina to eat here again!

Simply incredible food. So impressed! We got a few dishes – shrimp tacos, Thai beef tacos, chicken sandwich, brussel sprouts and the fries. Insane flavors in all the dishes. Hands down one of the best meals we’ve had here! Will be dreaming about this food for a long time. Wish they had this back home!

Absolutely amazing. The lumpia are a must. I cannot recommend them enough. They come with a garlicky vinegar sauce that pairs beautifully. The bulgogi was also very tasty!
