Dropped in for dinner on a Sunday in August 2023. The staff was attentive and the store was well-maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the burrito bowl – they certainly didn’t hold back on the portions! While a tad on the pricier side, the quality makes it worth it. Will definitely be back.

I told the cashier the steak was tough last time, she told me steak is suppose to be tough. Then she tried to give me an example “like when you go to a restaurant your steak is always tough”. I said no, I don’t know where you eat steak ate.

Highly disappointed ☹️ I always go to this location, but after yesterday I won’t be returning. On 9/12/2021 I order a three cheese nacho on the side and a protein chicken bowl. First off this is not the normal bowls they put them in. The brown rice I got was over cook, meaning it was crunchy in my mouth. My daughter didn’t get her Nachos/ the cashier said that the bowls no longer gets nachos but chips on the side . As I was puzzled standing there I said I get this item all the time ya either put the nachos in the bowl or you put them in the bag . She advised the bowl was discontinued/ so if that is true why not tell me. Then they barely had any sides to even choose from to put on my bowl. Like I said I been coming to this location for a year now an this was the first bad experience.

It’s 9:20pm on 1/31/23, the store closes at 10pm. Why is the food broken down already ? I walk in and everyone looks at me crazy especially the lady breaking down the food… nobody acknowledges me so I finally say “hi are you serving food still?” I get a rude response and a look like I’m not supposed to be there… she should have just told me what she was thinking because it was written all over her gave face. I’ve never been in such a unpleasant atmosphere … WHAT DID I DO WRONG ? BESIDES CONE 40 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. She was no help to me, if I asked what something was she just said “I don’t know”. If you don’t like your job, give it up to somebody that would be happy to stand there at 9:20pm and make money.
