The food is great, one of the best Pizza Huts . Employees are nice. The shift manager here is very pleasant to talk to, and to work with as a Dasher/Delivery Driver; Don’t get funny ideas though, there’s no more room for dashers in this town. I personally enjoy and recommend the boneless wings, and the melts here.

Saturday lunch leads us to the Pizza Hut in Skowhegan. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Our deep dish Veggie pizza came to us looking very delicious. We had good lunch for sure!

Pizza is pretty much raw, ordered the big box deal with 4 sodas delivered, spent 50 bucks and the whole family is disappointed, we are eating it and probably throwing the rest out, never again.

We were at this location last night around 8pm the salad bar was a disaster. After sitting and waiting I finally got up and had to ask for our check and a box. The waitress was more concerned about fooling around with one of the workers in the kitchen. One of the other workers was putting together pizza boxes, someone should have been fixing the salad bar. We don’t have a Pizza Hut in our area and when we get to an area that has a Pizza Hut we look forward to a Pizza Hut pizza. Next time we might go to the local pizza parlor down the road.

Short staffed! Foods great but our takeout was sitting in the warmer ready to be paid for, as I sat and waited 40 additional minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done. Management needs to hire more people. Their were many people waiting over an hour. Unacceptable wait times. People were walking out and leaving.

I placed an order for a large pizza and order of bread sticks to be delivered to me at work literally across the street from pizza hut and my order was cold and tasted bad when it arrived. The lady stood outside and dug through her backseat and appeared to be opening all the boxes and looking through them and when she noticed me watching her from the window she grabbed my order and came to the door saying she was sorry and was just trying to make some extra money. I don’t think it was her fault that the food was cold though because she only had to drive across the street with it so I blame that on pizza hut.
