I have ordered from this place a couple of times on pizza Friday for our family, the first time it was really good, and so I ordered again from there, but for some reason I kept getting weird total charges and I don’t get itemized receipt, and so I ordered online last night and the food was horrible. The wings tasted like old wings fried again. The pizza is not the same quality pizza I had the first time, but the price was correct though, the delivery girl told me a different price, my total online was $51 and delivery girl told me my total was $58 in an attempt to collect, I informed her that I paid online for my order. She said they never told her. this was the fourth and last time of me ordering from this place. I am not understanding their service.

The Best Garlic Mild Wings around!!! Hands down Bar none!!!! Good cheese steaks!!! Good pizza!!…. PIZZA Is a 8-10 for me the only thing that lacks is flavor in the crust but the pizza itself is phenomenal!!! SUPER NICE PEOPLE running the place!!!! Been using these guys for a couple weeks now for lunches at work and they have yet to disappoint me!!! Definitely worth a drop in if you’re hungry!!!

just went in for the first time. Didn’t order a head but the staff was so warm and welcoming! Didn’t have to wait long for my order (panzarotti which was HUGE and a buffalo cheesesteak) Staff was even concerned about the storm outside and my safety! Food was delicious and will definitely be stopping in again. Love a great local pizzeria

I always love to visit Epiros when I’m around my hometown of Erial. The place is still the same and I’ll always enjoy ordering food from there. The food and the service remains one of the best around! I ordered a cheese steak with ketchup and mayo. The mayo was a little heavy but I still ate every bite. When someone asks for a good place to eat in that area, Epiros is a place I recommend going to.

I’ve ordered here a good amount of times with no real issue. Then tonight ordered a cheesesteak and salad. BOTH items had MULTIPLE hairs in them. Their excuse was that “things sometimes get in food while cooking”?! They offered replacement food, which we didn’t want to risk more hair obviously. Asked for a refund and were told it would be refunded to our card. Now, no takeout for tonight since card refunds can take up to three days from our bank. Yay. That is beyond unsanitary. I’ve worked in many food service jobs and have never experienced multiple hairs in multiple dishes!! picture of the cheesesteak was harder to decipher where the hair was, but in the salad it is unmistakable. While I previously enjoyed their food, after something like this we definitely can’t order from here again. Would never be able to enjoy the food again!

The worst pizza and garlic Parmesan wings I have ever had…seriously. It looks like less than a handful of mozzarella cheese and like 10 pepperonis. The wings were dry and not flavorful AT ALL A waste of $40.

New management just took over yesterday apparently- my wife and I just ate here tonight. All of the food was fresh, very tasty, and the owner was incredibly polite and accommodating. Great spot for pizza, salads, fries and steak sandwiches. Highly recommend.
