Had to wait 30 minutes for food and was told by person working drive thru that they had the star box and that’s what I ordered to only get half of what would come in a box meal. Payed almost $7 of cold food and not what I wanted. Then called to talk to manager and she hung up on me and I was not even being hateful just asked a question. Myself and the other 4 people that ordered will not be going back.

Employees are awful, they do not care about speed or accuracy. Especially a manager named Emma. She likes to stand up front and bark orders to other employees. I understand a manager is suppose to delegate duties. I literally seen a guy on table he needed fried products drop and it was super busy another employee asked if they could go drop them she started NO he don’t need help he can do it. Well if you are holding on food I would say the guy on the table does in fact need help because he can’t make food without food in the cabinet!

The food was good. Hardee’s would be better if they used real eggs, offered eggs anyway you want them. It would be nice to have pancakes on the menu and also something healthy on the menu for those who are health conscious.

This is my 2nd review of this Hardee’s store. The first was not very good either. Today I ordered a meal and a chocolate shake on the side. The fries were cold but overcooked which makes me think they been sitting to long. As for the shake it was 3/4 full when I got it. It seemed half way melted already. I paid 3.59 for thr shake to get a not even full half way melted drink. I just don’t think I will be coming back here as I have not had a pleasant experience in the several years I been here.
