I get it. Food service work is not usually fun; I didn’t love it, either. But if we were still open for over 30 minutes, we were not allowed to noisily put away all the metal chairs literally right next to customers who were had just gotten their food and were eating. Maybe we could close part of the dining room. But the whole thing? Nope. The message was definitely, “get out”.

Panda food is always good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad food experience from this restaurant. Service can be iffy though. They’re pretty standard about getting things done, but I noticed they often seem rushed to close for the night. Atmosphere for panda has been the same for awhile now and leaves no desire to eat in restaurant.

ZERO STARS. Ordered through doordash no fault of theirs since they only deliver. So you can imagine my shock and irritation when I opened my food and saw all this burnt fried rice. It was scorched and not edible. The sweet fire chicken tasted like spoiled milk disgusting! Who ever had the nerve to send out bad food need to be fired, if you didn’t want to work you should’ve stayed yo broke behind home! I’m getting my money back.

The service here is subpar! The people taking a simple order seems to not comprehend. The fact that they are out of items shows the lack of preparation given that lunch hours are peak times. The lady who took my order seemed unhappy with her job as she clearly showed she was irritated. This place needs leadership who can lead by example like with any other hospitality services. The food otherwise is also subpar the chicken was undercooked and so were the vegetables. I don’t recommend this location periodt.

I went through the drive thru. Emy was the cashier at the window. Took her forever to come on the speaker then took my order. Said 10.66 on the screen then I pull around and she tells me it’s 12.04. So had to dig out more money. When I handed her the money she told me she couldn’t take a dollar bill bc it had a dime size rip in it. I explained to her that it’s money and the bank will take it like that. I’ve worked retail for 16 years and now what a bank will take ir not. She didn’t want to hear it. I asked for a manager and there isn’t one. Another teenage came to the window and told me no. I told them they are acting like I have giving them a fake 100 dollar bill. I told them give me my food so I can go. The cashier emy started with a whole attitude the entire time. I told her I wanted the corporate number and she just looked at the receipt that I can’t even read bc the printer is bad. She threw my food at me and shut the door before I could even ask for sauces. She needs to be trained on customer service and what currency is instead of being on some power trip. And on top of all that I ended up throwing up from that food. And the fried rice was all burnt. This location should be shut down.

These folks are nice and the food is usually good, but this is the 2nd time they skimped on the “greens”. It’s suppose to be Kale, Cabbage and broccoli . This is broccoli with 3 pcs of cabbage and the shake from the kale bag. A med steamed white rice, med “greens” and spring rolls was $9.08 subtotal and with the donation it was $10.00 total. Please add more of the other greens in these! Thank you!

Ordered rangoons but had to wait for them to be cooked. Even while the line was growing and things were getting busier, the staff did not miss a beat and completed my order the second my rangoons were ready.
