The food is absolutely delicious. I eat Asian food almost everyday. I live over 15 minutes away and now drive here for the food. Best wonton soup I’ve had in a while. Homemade wontons. Not salty broth. Peking duck is amazing, sushi is fresh. Workers are amazingly efficient and helpful and sweet. Huge take out operation too! Will be back again and again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET FOOD HERE!! They will steal your money! Ordered delivery and said I was gonna tip the driver cash. Driver supposedly told the cashier that I didn’t tip and proceeded to take an additional tip off my card without authorization!! I went in and I even made them show me the receipt for proof! They admitted to it! Don’t get food here! Also their food is bland !

So I used to go to this restaurant often and it has been sold a few times; on 7/6/2023 I decided to pop in for a light dinner. THE ATTITUDE of the female manager/waitress was HORRIBLE. She made me feel unwelcomed, like I was bothering her. Very dreary atmosphere and poor customer service. A true shame.

The food was not fresh, I ordered 3 sushi rolls- the avocado was brown and all the rolls didn’t have any good flavor. The lunch specials I ordered was not tasty at all. The Boba had too much powder in it and it was gritty and yucky. Not a good experience and I will probably not order from here again. $70 wasted- never again!

Jumbo is the BEST Chinese restaurant in Suffern! They literally serve the most delicious foods I’ve ever tasted and the service is awesome. Everyone is generous and honest there (I don’t know why many people say the service sucks, probably there was some misunderstanding?) They serve Vegan and Gluten Free (which suits me because I’m vegan). To be honest, the food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! their sushi is very fresh and they now serve coffee (which is amazing ‘cause I LOVE coffee). I don’t know why many customers don’t give them 5 stars, but I know that there are some customers play around with their restaurant just because they don’t have free things. Chill, ok? Everyone knows that inflation’s going on and it’s really hard for restaurants to sell low priced things because they barely have the money to buy the products. I believe that people should understand that and I’m pretty sure if you own a restaurant, having all the bad comments thrown at you just because you sell things for money, you would also feel really hurt, so stop making them feel stressed. They already have a lot of tension and I can’t just stand and watch them being bullied because I support businesses that are amazing and honest. Please just give some mercy. Their food is obviously the best (in my opinion) and I would totally give them a FIVE STAR. I encourage others to support them and give them five stars. All I want to say is that, Jumbo fans are always here to support you! I’m sorry if some people are giving you a hard time and I love your food. I wish your business could open forever!!!!!!!
