Absolutely delicious. I’ve been to some great Cuban places in Florida and this transports me there. I’ll definitely be back. I prefer shredded pork on a Cuban sandwich and that’s exactly what they use instead of sliced. Amazing.

Delicious food here! We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the steak sandwich. Both were very good and hot! We also ordered maduros which were tasty as well. However, this place is very pricey for a Cuban restaurant. In comparison, down in Tampa at La Terresita, you can get a much larger Cuban sandwich for $6 and it is far better there. Here it’s close to $14. Not bad for Cuban in Colorado, but still somewhat disappointed by the high price.

Authentic Cuban food the Pan con Bistec was amazing and the Lechon Asado plate reminded me of my mother in law’s cooking. Being Cuban I tend to shy away from eating at Cuban restaurants as I am almost disappointed, unless I’m in Miami. But yesterday I happened upon this unassuming Cuban spot and was pleasantly surprised. Decent prices and tremendous service. Great job guys! Can’t wait to come back and try everything else on your menu so excited to finally have some good Cuban food in Colorado..

This is an amazing little Cuban mini restaurant within a food court adjacent to other mini- sublets. This Miami based family run business is fantastic, bringing rich and cultural food and taste to Castle Rock, Colorado. The food was amazing and pleasing to the taste, the family served it with grace, love, and Cuban cuisine. I highly recommend others to this family friendly place.

Look no further for the best Cuban sandwich in Colorado. For me to say that say this is Top 5 Cubans I’ve had in 40 years of eating them in South Florida and North Jersey isn’t easy, but it absolutely is.

I’m a huge fan of Cuban coffee. Strong and sweet. After having lunch we needed something sweet and the Colada at this little basement shop was perfect. Cuban food is still rare in a lot of places in the country and to find this little sandwich shop was a real treat.

Best Cuban sandwich period. I just moved here from Florida 3 years ago and wished I could find a good Cuban but no luck till I went here. This place is even better than any Cuban sandwich I ever had in Florida. You HAVE TO TRY!!! Split one with my wife this morning and wish we got our own each now. We both wish we had that other half now.

Love this place, excelente comida cubana. They are super nice, love their sandwich they are pretty good size, they have good plantains which are sweet big (like bananas) sweet patinas are better than desert, they always take care of us, like my kid loves sour cream with plantains and they went to the next door restaurant got her some sour cream as they don’t offer, they are always nice, you can seat here and everyone in your party can have what they want really cool place there are 5 little restaurants around. Awesome cannot go wrong with this restaurant also, if you go upstairs to the bar, you can always order Cuban food and have a good time Friday’s they have live music

I’ve been to Miami numerous times and it wasn’t for the beaches but the food. Miami or Florida is known for its Cuban food and how great it is. Save yourself the time and money and go to Sabrosura De Miami. Their food is nothing but amazing and taste better then the food in Miami. It’ll be the best $13+ you’ll ever spend.
