Zaxby’s is the most inconsistent food chain that I know of. Some of their locations are incredible– but this one, along with many others that I’ve eaten at over the years, missed the mark. The service was fast and friendly, but the food was cold, the fries were soft and undercooked, and it felt like a genuine waste of money. It’s sad to see such inconsistency from one of my all-time favorite fried chicken franchises. I’m not an avid food-reviewer, but I felt the need to write this in hopes that someone at this location might read and make an effort to do better.

Showed up before 8:30 to pick up a doordash order and the dining room is closed, and the drive thru line is wrapped around the bldg and hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. Not good for my business

I always eat grilled chicken salads, or get just a grilled chicken fillet. It’s undercooked most of the time. It’s rubbery and tough, which means it’s not being cooked long enough. Please add an extra 2mins to your grilled chicken fillets and they will be superb! Hope you guys can fix this one problem for those who can’t eat anything, but grilled/Baked anything. Thanks TR family!

Worst customer service at any Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. Been waiting for 20 mins on a curbside order I ordered ahead 15 mins before I arrived. If I want to wait 35 mins for wings, I could have just sat down at a full service restaurant. Called multiple times for 12 mins until someone finally answered to bring my food out, which is now cold and undesirable for sitting so long. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Every time I order curbside here, which is supposed to be convenient, I always end up being inconvenienced and wasting my time. Drive to Cherrydale, Berea or Taylors but don’t waste your time here!

Went through the drive through to get 2 combos, a sandwich, and a drink. The girl taking our order called it back correctly but didn’t input 1 drink. After 1 guy took our payment and gave us the receipt and 2 drinks, a second guy came up and asked us for payment again. We told him we had already paid and showed him our receipt. He told us to pull up and someone would bring our order, but they never did. After at least 4 cars went through, my husband went inside. They had not even put our order in and could not even find it, even though we had paid with a credit card. They were confused and offered to rush it through. We declined. We will be calling Corporate.

Used the app to order for curbside pickup on 2 different nights this week. When I arrived at store I checked in with the parking spot. 1st night ended up having to go in to get food after waiting curbside for 20 minutes past when order was supposed to be ready.

It was good the nibbles were fresh & hot! Fries had no seasoning & tasted old those were disappointing. It was super crowded as they were short staffed…. I asked for no zax sauce but wanted ranch got 2 zax & 1 ranch. Ugh! We made due.

Always liked the place but on Thursday March 30th at 9pm I don’t know who the manager was but several people leaving with out there food form waiting forever when there was very few people there place was disgusting paper trash every where had go go through several tables to find one I would eat at. Then to look into the kitchen there were 4 people in a group laphing telling jokes I guess very disappointing. Who ever was supposed to be managing this place should definitely find another career in the meantime I’ll eat at home

Don’t expect your order to be done quickly unless you’re in the drive threw. I ordered a salad from the inside counter. The girl took the order. After a long wait, the orders for the inside customers started to appear in the order window. The girl was around the corner talking to her friends. My order was the 4th one in the window. When the 7th order was placed in the window, I called out and asked if someone could give me my order. This upset her, but she gave me my salad in a not so friendly manner. As I left, she began to call out the other orders that had been sitting there for a while.
