The last 4-5 times we’ve been here the food has been absolutely terrible. Pizza is ALWAYS undercooked and order is never done on time. I wouldn’t mind waiting if i was waiting for the food to he prepared correctly. This is, by far, the worst Pizza Hut. I’ve made sure i go months between visits hoping they would get better, but they continue to be terrible. So this has been an ongoing problem. Not just a one time thing. The only reason i have been back is bc they are the only pizza place in Camilla. I doubt i will ever go back now.

Garbage service, workers are rude and they made out order wrong two times and when they were making the correct order they told us that they were closed and will not make our food and told us they will call the cops if we don’t leave. We got scammed for $47. Never come here

Camilla store was not prepared for customers during lunch. Barely any pizzas on buffet. Had 20-30 minute wait in between pizzas being put out. Eggs for the salads were frozen. Horrible waitress service. Table was not cleared one plate during our lunch. Picture below shows our table at lunch time and there was 3 adults and one child.

Most of the time I order pick-up, and I haven’t had any issues. The pizza is usually hot when I pick it up, and my order has and ways been correct. The few times I’ve eaten inside, the buffet had a good selection. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Just make sure you order early, because they have a habit of closing when they want to, or taking the phone offline when they don’t want to accept orders. Don’t count on online orders being processed either, even if you get a confirmation for your pickup time.

Both pizzas and cinnamon rolls had slid to the side. Cheese pizza was squished and coming apart. Looked like box may have been dropped or they threw the pizzas into the box. Everything tasted fine but packaging of their product needs improvement.
