First time going here, and last time too. I created my own bowl and got the veggies, steak, shrimp, and chicken with 2 different noodles. The meat tasted like it was old and fresh meat mixed together. I picked over the food after I tasted it. I tried to force myself to eat it because I didn’t wanna waste my money and I didn’t think they would’ve refunded me. I also ordered a lemonade and it was tart and not sweet at all, therefore I opted for a sprite. I definitely won’t be going back and I do not recommend. The waitress wasn’t attentive. I has to ask another waitress for assistance.

Mixed emotions about this place but honestly the food is pretty good. Jaci was nice enough to tell me how it all worked and gave me detailed instructions since I had never been there. The only thing that turned me off was the “line”, essentially where you pick your protein and toppings. You’re not sure how long the food sits out for, I’m sure it’s chilled but still concerning. Overall I’d probably eat there again. Food was a little over priced. The picture I put with this review was when I was almost done.

This was my very first time ever going here. Came in as a group of four, had to wait very long to be seated, we ordered 2 medium bowls and 2 small bowls. A small was brought out which was correct, a small instead of medium was brought out for second person and they forgot somehow to make the other two bowls. Didn’t bring silverware to eat with and when I walked up to ask for silverware I was not politely greeted and they set 3 forks and stack of napkins near me on the bar top instead of handing it to me. Then they bring out one more bowl which was medium but ended up being bland. Finally my small bowl was brought out but we asked for a manager and I again needed silverware so when manager came over we addressed the issues and they offered 50% off our meal and she brought me a fork. But I still don’t feel like it was a good experience sadly.

I tried to come here with my girlfriend and I have no idea what’s wrong. It genuinely just looked like the business was dying. There were only three tables filled inside, the staff basically ignored everyone in line and when the hostess finally seated the people at the front of the line she decided to just walk away and say to me and the now 10+ people behind me in line “Somebody will be with you shortly.”
