The employees were very friendly and helped me with my vegan order. Which was good because I couldn’t find anything posted that would suggest that they had a vegan option available. I got the “choose two” with 1/2 a pizza and 1/2 order vegan cheezy bread made with daiya cheeze. Awesome! I got regular lemonade which was great but, I really wanted to try the blood orange lemonade that they were out of. Next time for sure . This location is in the fashion island mall and, just a few blocks from the beach!!

Holy smokes. This place is more depressing than a subway franchise. No one welcomed me, smiled, or looked enthusiastic about working here. Asked for pepperoni and I was lucky to get 5. I took my pizza and ran.

Terrible attitude and customer service. If you don’t want to have the rest of your day ruined for terrible treatment from the employees just for asking for doing their work. Extremely unprofessional and rude, even with polite customers. Save your mental health, time and money.

This Blaze pizza is in such a beautiful shopping area with very high end stores. We just left the beach and wanted pizza. I LOVE Blaze but I would highly suggest not visiting this location. The staff had ZERO SMILES, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXTREMELY STINGY WITH TOPPINGS! I asked for extra cheese in the top of my pizza and this pizza chef sprinkled was less than 1/4 cup. The tables hadn’t been wiped down, bathrooms were not fresh and clean and trash needed to be emptied. Oh yes, the summer fruit salad was lacking! Lacking enough dressing, pieces of lettuce were ginormous, strawberries were tart and it was an epic failure. They have no plates, yes!!! No plates. We split the salad and had to be creative eating it. No go in my book! Smile people! After all, it is your job.

We have eaten here a few times. It is nice to be able to customize your pizza at the beginning, before you even look at the menu. To us this is best as a lunch spot. If you’re looking for a nice sit down Italian dinner this is not the place for you. Not high end at all but good food.

Filthy. Tables , floor and seats all gross and sticky. Trash overflowing 6pm wed night. Workers were kind and professional. Be nice if a manager cared. Oh, the cheap metal seats are so small only a toddler can fit in them.
