I visited on a Thursday night to get a late dinner of a couple of sandwiches and soup. Placing my order online was relatively easy and straightforward with ample ways to customize my sandwiches. The inside of the store looked clean and well kept. I arrived a few minutes prior to my promised time to make sure my food would not get cold if made earlier. Thankfully my food had not yet been made since I was early, and the two employees there gladly started my order then which I appreciated. A few minutes later I had my food order exactly as requested and packaged neatly to boot.

Food is great but the employees at the location are absolute brainlets. I order a large meal and they just give me a large sandwich and then refuse to give me the full meal, charging me for just the sandwich. Take your money to another firehouse and save the effort of dealing with morons.

The new staff is subpar. They never say “welcome to Forehouse or even attempt to greet you when you walk in since the last mgr left. I just picked up another order. After no greeting I was asked “you have a pickup?” Me “yes my name”.’he hands me the bag. The end.

Sunday night at 8:20 and 2 employees inside…both high as a kite!! Repeated my 1 sandwich order 3 times as he giggled away. Paid and then cancelled my order! WTH happened to this location?? Used to have the best manager. What a disgrace!! NEVER returning!!!!!

I was reluctant to go our the car because my wife wanted to buy tuna sandwiches from Panera. I asked her if she wants to try Firehouse Subs just beside the store. I ordered Steak and cheese sub and my wife tried the Hook & Ladder salad to go. The sub taste like the one we ate at Philadelphia and the salad was awesome. Except that the dressing was not enough. I am glad we decided to try the store. The service was very prompt and efficient. We will be back for sure. Sorry I forgot to take pictures before we eat.

This place is “trashy” and the employees are bored. Went in with my young toddler and mother for dinner. We ordered our food with no issue at all and when asked if we wanted our reciept said yes. This employee hesitated a good bit before finally folding it and handing it to us. When we got to our car after eating is when we saw that our order was marked under the name “Trashie”. Talked to the manager who questioned whether we thought it was intentional and excused/defended this girl’s behavior completely, all while the other kids in the back were snickering. The manager did nothing to try to resolve the issue except for tell us that it was not in this employee’s nature to do that and said that he would “talk” to her. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in our food. This “Karen” will not be back again.

I never tried a firehouse subs before and it was a good experience. Great bread. Good taste and soft. Meat and toppings nothing special but good for a quick causal lunch. Service was good, place was clean. Can’t ask for anything more for a quick lunch.

I ordered at this location through Uber eats. The receipt was really clear on the exact order however what we received was Subpar. Missing the pickle in one of the boxes, gave the wrong chips, and received a freezing cold Mac n cheese. For over $6 a very small amount was given and then when I went to eat it very shortly after receiving, it was cold. Cold cold like it was not cooked or sitting in someone’s fridge and not warmed. Disappointed 🙁
