This location on Loveland Madeira has not always been the best. They used to forget items a lot the food would be cold…The drinks would be wrong etc. The service was horrible, it was a bunch of kids with really bad attitudes. I watched a girl who worked a window once walk outside after her shift and throw a giant drink at her manager’s car. I don’t know if they’re under New Management or what but the quality of the food has improved immensely. It is always hot when I get it. I haven’t had a missing item or a wrong order in the last six times I’ve gone to them. So if you stop going to him because of bad service or mistakes, you might want to give him another chance because they have gotten much better!!! The service is always with a smile and everyone’s very attentive and helpful now. They hired some really great people! Great job guys!

They do a pretty great job considering the employee shortage. They are typically fast and the service is usually very friendly. Most importantly, the order is always correct. That can’t be said about most fast food restaurants these days.

Floor was sticky everywhere I walked. I ordered the smokehouse brisketand it was horrible. There wasn’t much meat on the sandwich, it was soggy, fries were mostly bits and pieces, several sodas tasted like the syrup was stale. Paid over $12.00 for the meal. I left very disappointed. I will not bother wasting my money at this restaurant again.

I haven’t had Arby’s in years and decided to have a beef n cheddar. I wanted potato cakes and was told they replaced those with crinkle fries. I like crinkle fries but I loved the potato cakes! Oh well with that said the Beef n Cheddar was awesome!! The young girl Kara Lynn was very kind, attentive and made sure that my order was correct!! You definitely need more employees like Kara Lynn!! Thank you

I was only car in line no one inside dining either ordered a sandwich and fries pulled up and sat for almost 15 min then the guy hands me 2 juniors l hand it back wait another 10 minutes and could see my sandwich sitting in box on counter had to wait on fries then I finally get food the fries were actually cold still no I’m sorry for your wait or anything ridiculous they weren’t short staffed at all either

This is not for the store itself but just one experience today. Drive thru was pretty quick and the ppl were nice and professional but the sweet tea is unsweet, dilute, tastes like some of the worst tap water ive ever tasted and my curly fries were quite unfresh also

The food is usually very good and the drive thru service generally goes pretty fast. BUT, damn I wish they weren’t so STINGY with the sauces(arby’s, spicy 3 pepper ect. )If you order 10 sandwiches and ask for 2 for each that should be around 20 NOT 9 !! I mean I understand how difficult it is counting all those little packs but the customer is still paying for them. So how about it, huh ?
