My kids love coming here, and honestly sometimes I crave the pizza . The pricing can be a little high for the food but otherwise it’s a great place to go for the kiddos to have fun

If I could give no stars I would. After my children begged all day to go to Chuck. E. Cheese, we got there and we were completely ignored. A gentleman came to the register, we smiled, he said nothing but stared at us and I asked him if we could purchase our time cards. He was cold and rude. We tried to look past it because our kids were beyond excited to be there. They played, we ate, but when it was time to cash in our tickets we were once again seen, yet ignored. We smiled and waited and my son (who is 4, by the way) asked the woman “excuse me” “excuse me ma’am” and he was also ignored. She continued what she doing and my son said, “ mom, I tried using my manners.” At which point my patience was gone. She FINALLY came over after about 10-15 minutes of us standing there. She did not greet us, she did not smile. At this point neither did I. My children were excited and she was very obviously annoyed. She was short with us and exceptionally rude as she tossed my kids prizes across the counter at them and said “do you wanna use the rest or not.” Which clearly meant, “I’m ready for you to go.”

My kid has been begging me to go to chuck-e-cheese. We just moved to town from the city and have much better options Peter piper pizza, the main event, David busters. Being that this establishment is literally the only other option than defy for kid friendly amusement, you think they’d be customer focused, and striving to impress for the guest experience. Rather, they’ve settled for mediocrity. My expectations weren’t high, because it’s chuck-e-cheese. They’ve improved their pizza flavor, I’ll give them that. The establishment was clean. The employees lack personality needed for this kind of job. You can find them sitting on their phones with friends, at a table, while you wait to check into the place and get your prizes. Pretty awful, it’s 100 % worth the drive anywhere else like great wolf lodge in a Concord or anything else is a Charolette to just have a better experience overall. Another hickory business disappoints.

I had my sons Birthday party’s here age 2 and 4. This place is highly over rated but kids love it. My biggest complaint is that it’s a kids place but there is no games an only a few ride ons that a toddler can play on. Literally within the first 30 minutes the place was so packed we were shoulder to shoulder waiting to play or ride a basic game. There is barely any thing for toddlers to enjoy without having to hold the child to attempt to play a game. First and last time throwing a party here was a waste of money. Moreover my kids had a good time needless to say.

Had a great birthday party for my 5 year old our hostess was great even gave the boys some extra tickets. The boys had lots of fun playing the games. My favorite part was the ticket blaster. Never been in one before. Will plan another birthday here in the future my 6 year old asked for his party here too.

We had our first birthday party here and our host was amazing. The general staff were great. The party space has been re-imaged and it has a better vibe. My only complaint is how closely placed the party tables are. It’s a really tight space, especially for the adults hanging around mingling while the kids are off playing.

We had a great experience here yesterday. It is pricey but that’s to be expected. It was very crowded but there are plenty of games for all the kids. Looked like several parties were going on. Really nice place. Kids loved it.
