Ordered through the app for delivery . Ordered a WORKS and got a cheese pizza the box says works. Called the store LUIS the manager said that he saw the mistake while boxing it and still let the pizza out like that. I asked for my pizza he said it would take 1 1/2hours to deliver . That was not acceptable he said that I was not a priority and that it was out of his control.. I told him I want my pizza but not in that time frame it was the stores mistake or his after admitting to seeing the mix up .. he said he would get it as soon as he can .. call ended. Less than 1min later he calls back even more Rude and said he is denying my request and refunding me for the pizza. Saying I was not a priority and will not send the pizza. It was out of his control.. and hung up…. waiting for a reply from Papa John’s corporate office after filing a complaint about managers behavior and rude language.

Very bad experience. I live 5 minutes away in a new subdivision. It took them over an hour to deliver. The driver said the GPS took him to the other side of town. When I placed the order I spoke with Benji who I told that I lived in a new subdivision close to where they are. He assured me that my address was updated and knew where I lived. I called him several times and he assured that the order was on its way. When it got here the food was cold. This is my first and last time I order from them.

Worst service. Took q hour and 6 calls to get my food home. Each call I was told pizza was out for delivery when they don’t even have the right address. Thanks to the driver that call me and we figurenit out. Order for somewhere else.
