Ironically is named JOY LUCK BUFFET but the nothing joyful about the experience. IF your looking for something to clean you out..Then I highly recommend this place.. Friendly staff But jesus christ they could do better a job at hiding the fact the food at dinner is been laying down since lunchtime plus they lathered the only two decent items with very hot red pepper to keep the Animals at bay and lastly I saw put everything nicely away in containers at the end of the day. am assuming is to put out for lunchtime the next day and repeat this Nasty cycle of ultimate Chinese buffet grossness….

This place has a strange obsession with sinks and a cleanliness issue. All the food seemed old and stale. I just ate and feel I may have food poisoning from the dirty environment. There are plenty of other better options for Chinese Buffet.

The last time I went, we saw a dead roach by the sushi. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this buffet again.. I live in the area and used to enjoy dining here often. The food variety is very limited, but the price was cheap. That being said, you definitely get what you pay for. The overall quality of this location has significantly declined and the price was slightly increased. The staff is rude and the food just isn’t fresh. It’s usually cold and stale. I would much rather pay an extra couple of bucks and dine somewhere else with better food, friendlier staff and most importantly, no roaches!

My family have been coming for several years. Since the opening we notice is only improving. The quality of food is great and you can see the effort to maintain all clean . All is clean and service is very friendly. Owners are smiling and greeting everyone and are involve in the attention to customers. In many years coming to this place, our experience has been great and keep us coming back almost every Sunday. The variety of choices and price is very fair and it will be pleasing to you to know that quality is constant. This is my first review since opening. I have had recommended this place to several coworkers and friends..they keep coming.

We went to this place while on vacation because we were looking for a place that had cheesy mussels… well they had cheesy mussels but didn’t have any ready when we came in around 9 pm. They don’t close till 10:30 and they acted like it was a big rush to get us out. They made some mussels which weren’t very good, and we ate what little was left from the day of the limited, stale selection that was there. None of it was very good. Then we noticed a sign On the wall asking guests to please not waste food… we were shocked. Don’t get me wrong, I understand not being wasteful, but if the food is terrible and stale, it’s likely to be wasted. Come to think of it, that’s probably why they had old food out there, they didn’t want to waste… anyhow we felt with it, then the bill came and they put in a tip of almost $8 automatically…. I’ve never experienced such a Horrible buffet restaurant ever… stay away from this place at all costs… ps. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews, but this one is more than warranted unfortunately.

This was so close to home but it’s kind of hidden so I never knew about it until I went with a friend. The buffet has a decent size selection, not too big or too small. The food was good, if I visit again I would do it during peak hours when food gets replaced more often and taste fresher than going later at night.

Me and my friends went to joy luck and it was the worst service I have ever experienced. I’ll talk about the food first which I found very mediocre and below average. For the most part it was the same types of food with little to no variation. They tried to make american styled food like french fries, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, pizza,etc. Which I found it to be a cheap knock-off and nowhere near like the real products. Also the brownies tasted like cement. Now to the horrible service which I feel is the other half of the experience. I knew it wasn’t gonna be good when the waitress threw of straws on the table and messed up our drinks. Now the drink mess up is a understandable mistake but when we got the check and we asked for a few minutes to get the money together she would not leave and acted like she didn’t hear us and while a few of us were still eating (including me) had to take out our wallets and pay then and there. After the bill was payed we felt eyed down by the employees like they waiting for us to leave with some of us not even finished eating. We then opened our fortune cookies and one of my friends cookie was already opened and some others we wet and flat and it looked like a small stale editable Frisbee. Prices are too high. They charge full adult prices for children under 10 years old. The staff were rude and argumentative with the customer I know I’m the past they charged by the age of the child the lady called me a liar and said she don’t care. Red lobster is cheaper to eat at very unprofessional I won’t come back to this nasty place ever again for being so rude. Food tastes like old refrigerator smell taste in it. So the food is last nights leftovers.

3 weeks ago i tried it for the first time. And today is my 3rd time there. I think theyre actually doing very good. They keep the place clean. Price is very LOW. $7.90 which is very CHEAP compared to Most buffets.
