The appearance, texture, and temperature of the food were fine; however, both me and my dinner mate noticed that the extra crispy chicken completely lacked spices. We know how it should taste having consumed it for more than four decades, as it were. Perhaps the preparers omitted the spice packate that day?

First time visit after relocating to San Jose….. great customer service over the phone when placing our order ahead over the fon & great customer service within the facility upon arrival…seems like the place has been remodeled & was clean and quiet. my cashier was Yvanag: young lady was very kind and friendly. Such conduct always has a Major Impact on whether I return to place or not & we ❤our KFC… thanks for a great visit!

We often get KFC at this location. Wasn’t pleased with my visit this evening after waiting for 20 mins when I was told it would take 6. I was the only in-person guest at that time, besides a few that were just leaving. When I mentioned that I’ve waited a while, the employee sarcastically said “Oh really?” and walked away. She was unkind whenever she’d confront me. They were all confused and didn’t even start my order. Apparently the chicken “just finished” and they prepared it pretty quickly. No apology either. Food was horrible! The chicken wasn’t done and get a mouth full of dough that wasn’t done! The biscuits where a rock hard couldn’t eat them! Put the biscuits in a box and not in the bucket with the chicken it doesn’t fit and biscuits are smashed and crumbled in your hands.
