We ordered online, half sausage, half Hawaiian. For some reason, all toppings were on the same side. Not a big deal, but we called to let them know it was not exactly what we wanted. They were so nice about it & sent another pizza. The hand-tossed pizza is actually good now.

This location is primarily a pick up and go place. There are minimal chairs and it’s mainly the bakery in the back to cook the pizzas. On Saturday it took us a bit of time to get our pizzas.

Ordered at 6pm. Marked as delivered an hour later and it wasn’t. Called the store for redelivery. Another hour later they tried to bring it to the wrong house again. My husband only caught it because he was outside with our son. The pizza was undercooked and hard to pick up because there was so much cheese. Soggy and cold. Worst order experience ever.

Do not order from here! Last time we ordered there was hair all mixed into the pizza. We waited a month to order again and there was hair in our pizza again. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life! If I’m seeing hair what else is going on that I don’t see.

Ordered super supreme with light sauce, extra cheese, extra mushrooms. Pizza was dry since all they did was dump all the ingredients in the middle of the pizza and they didn’t add the extra mushrooms (in fact it was half the normal helping of mushrooms) and the charges me for double mushrooms

We were excited for the comeback of the New Yorker! The perfect pizza for the Super Bowl. Planned all our other snacks around what was the centerpiece of our meal. What a disappointment! A compete failure! A critical fumble! Just flat out horrible taste and cold. Thanks for ruining our meal.
