I understand getting behind. However I made an online order for pick up at 5:00 placed the order around 3:00 I showed up to get it and it wasn’t even close to being done. Someone came in and place a Togo order and I can only assume they were friends with the person in the back. They got their order WAY before I did. Oh and the person in the back swearing was a nice touch. More than just myself noticed. The lady in the front was very nice and was trying to keep the customers happy.

We came here late on Sunday night after trying to get to two other restaurants the last we were ignored, so we left. Right away we were greated by a friendly lady named Willow. She asked us if we wanted to dine in, gave us our cups and said she would be over to take our order. We only ordered drinks and an appetizer because of her enthusiasm. Being a vegetarian I had a special request, she didn’t flinch she just took care of me. The restaurant was clean, and the food was tasty and hot. Great place, busy but the staff is working hard. Way to go Willow.

We went here for the little one’s 1st birthday and had an amazing time. The staff were super friendly and kept asking us to return. We purchased two big boxes with cheese sticks and wings and the birthday boy even got a very big complementary cookie (which he enjoyed for many days afterward). Everything was perfect. PizzaHut has gone slightly downhill since I was a kid. They didn’t have a working soda fountain or water pitchers anymore and it’s more of a “fast food” than restaurant experience. Minus 2 stars for company policy. (Chicky cake not included in purchase)

Just Me
This was our first visit to Airway Heights Pizza Hut. We ordered the Big New Yorker DOUBLE PEPPERONI pizza, which was very light on pepperoni, the cheese was not soft and gooey but dark and hard, like re-heated after sitting all day and the crust was saturated with grease. We threw it out and ate grilled cheese sandwiches. Never again, Pizza Hut. Will order through Dominoes

Typical Pizza Hut fare. I had a pepperoni melt. They are very good and not so typical of the Hut. This place has its salad bar open again. I will go again just because of that. Been a long time.

Went in at closing time and Savanah was very sweet. Her customer service was impeccable. Most employees would be upset about a last minute customers requesting things (salad bar) that was empty and getting ready to be closed down. Every second of the visit was complimented with a smile and made our dinner very enjoyable. Thank you Savanah!

They sent a Door Dash driver to deliver my order. When he was questioned about my missing items, he said to just mark those items as missing. I can’t cuz i ordered thru Pizza Hut app, not Door Dash. I am missing the pizza and cheese sticks I ordered. The container for my apple pies was smashed. I have been on hold 3 times now for a total of over 30 minutes trying to talk to the store. Now that I have typed this review, I am still on hold for over 45 minutes….. This is ridiculous!
