1 Star for the service feels like I’m giving this location and staff too much. The service not only from the employees, but the manager was the worst service I have ever experienced in any interaction I have had. Laura, the apparent manager is the least helpful, most rude and defiant person we have ever dealt with. We run a business in downtown Fort Lauderdale, we were counting on food for our team members helping out with the emergency flooding that occured this week. Instead of calling us to let us know she had to cancel our order, Laura insisted in us waiting for our delivery although she could not get a hold of her driver that was supposedly delivering my order. After multiple conversations and rude hang ups, she finally told us her driver had broken down. Keep in mind, this was said to us at 9:45pm. We placed the order at 5:50pm. We waited 4 hours for nothing. Laura and team, I hope you can learn to treat people with respect, papa johns is a disgrace for allowing these employees to carry the name with such disrespect.

Let me start by saying online it said 14-24 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I walked in 45 min later and my pie just got placed in the oven. Only two employees and they kept pressing the button on the phone not to answer it. I was on hold for 15 min and walked in the store while the phone was ringing and they didn’t even care. I was not greeted when I walked in probably because they were busy I don’t know. But they need more than two employees out of which one it’s older man who is the driver as well but was helping by making pizzas too
