Inspired by time spent in Tuscany and throughout Europe, the concept of Bin22 was imagined by owner and Sommelier Gavin Fine as a way to offer something different in the Jackson Hole culinary scene – a small wine shop, grocer and tapas bar experience like the ones he had enjoyed so much in Italy. This inspiration, coupled with his desire to personalize the wine buying experience for guests manifested into the intimate space of Bin22. Keeping true to these roots, the restaurant features a small wine and tapas bar in the back of an expansive bottle shop. The back restaurant serves European-style small plates, an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass and draft craft beers.

Really cute spot with an inviting staff and atmosphere! You can buy a bottle from the attached wine store to have while you eat or try a variety of by the glass pairings from the restaurant itself. The tapas were perfectly portioned for a couple and the charcuterie was really delicious and fresh. Had a lovely dinner here! The cheesecake was to die for.

Enjoyed our dinner at Bin22 in the downtown area of Jackson! We sat down at a 2 top outside. Indoor, patio, and outdoor seating available. We took the server up on going inside and picking out a bottle of wine for dinner. The gentleman in the store was very helpful. We took the bottle back to the table, and it was added to our check. Great concept that truly saves you money! We had the warm mozereralla and mushrooms, octopus, and lamb. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed our dining experience.

I went in the middle of the day. I wanted a small plate to keep me over until dinner, and the mussels was my choice. The sauce was so good, and went with the bread very well. Highly recommend if you want tapas/small plates, as opposed to the typical large size dishes served in American restaurants.

This place was great. Would be a good spot for a date night or a group of people. we weren’t that hungry passing through town so this place had exactly what we needed a few different smalll plates.
