Better than some other wing places in the immediate area. I enjoyed their parmesan and butter garlic flavors and the regular fries. Went in around 3pm with only three other people dining in and still took about 15 minutes to receive our order.

First time going, had family visiting and we’re excited to go. My youngest accidentally spilled a full soda as we were sitting down. Not one employee came out to help, bring a mop and bucket or even a wet flier sign. We cleaned the area with the paper towel roll they had by their drink station. The wings were tough and wasn’t like a fall off the bone wing, and all of our fries were underdone. Pictured is the Hawaiian boneless wings which were eh.. I’d still go elsewhere for better wings.

So I came here at 11:30pm and I drove up to the door. The two girl workers looked at me looked at each other and went to the front and turned off the lights. I looked it up again says they’re open til midnight so I walk up to the door… locked. Go back to my car the two girls are laughing and staring at me. The wings were amazing. We tried the parmesan, the lemon pepper, the Korean, the mild, and the Cajun and the best ranch and the best blue cheese dipping sauce… fries were super good and crispy. Everything was cooked amazing and staff and service were great..

Only reason I give 2 is cause the food is good. I like the fries and certain wings. The ranch is amazing too. I’ve never had such bad service though. They need a better manager, staff, or something. They all look miserable and they give that type of service too. The place was messy. They took forever to get our food done and when they did we didn’t even know. There’s a couple guys that got free brownies cause “they had to wait so long.” They got their food before us. We ordered before them and didn’t even get notified our food was ready until I went and asked. They put it in a to go bag and stuck it on a shelf. Didn’t even call out our name for it. I work in the food business. This was super pathetic though. I’ve never had such bad service before. Hopefully they can change things about the service cause we like eating there.

Wow…just, wow. 40 minutes to get my carry out order. Only one other group of people in the restaurant, 5 employees in the kitchen. Second poor experience with this place. Could have eaten a sit down dinner at Texas Roadhouse in less time and for close to the same cost. The biggest shocker is they messed up my take out order! Gave me boneless instead of bone in. Frustrating.
