I bought 1 order of spicy chicken nuggets and they drenched the bag with so much sauce that it stained all of my car seat on my ride home. I wish they could pay for all the work I have to get done now to get all that gunk out of my seat. Worst burger king ever, 0 stars would be ideal. Just got off plane and needed some good American food! Ordered 2 #1’s with cheese and some onion rings. Simple enough right? Almost shorted us our fries if we didn’t look in bag. Got to hotel and found out there was no cheese or sauce on Whoppers. Oh and everything cold! Burnt onion rings but cold, explain that? Went back and they put on enough cheese for 2 bites and ketchup? Where’s the classic Whopper sauce? No Zesty sauce or Ranch available? Terrible!!!

This heavy set white guy in the drive thru did not answer to take an order so I drove around. When I did, there was a car there. He told me he could not take any orders at the window because there were two more cars. He lied. There were not two cars. He just did not want to work. I went back around, he did not answer again. Then, proceeded to ignore me when I went to the window. So the guy who is working your drive through is literally ignoring customers as of 1015pm. Hope that works for u. A sanitary wipe down bucket on the counter mold on the soda machine where the ice comes out. tables were dirty floors were dirty dried up catch up on walls. We got our food today through uber eats and when the food arrived there was the wrong drinks with zero notice if they were out of something and the chicken sandwich we got was raw while the burgers were cold on top of that the messiest packaging i have ever seen and i went out and checked, they were not busy enough to use that as an excuse for such poor food.
