They’re known for their fried catch fish which is served whole, fried, and with a platter of fresh vegetables and rice noodles for wrapping. I’m not a big fan of catfish. The meat has a flavor profile that leaves hints of marshy water that is pronounced. In contrast, the dipping sauce is good at masking the odor. The fish is battered and fried. An order is ample for 2 and can easily serve 3. Service is friendly but call ahead If you’re going to order this dish because it’s a 20 minute wait. I’m not into fresh water fish, bit if it’s your thing, then maybe it’s worth a try if you’re in Jersey and in the mood for some fried catfish Vietnamese style. $35 bucks.

Amazing food and service. We ordered the family meal for eight. It was MORE than enough for all of us and the service was great. Great value for a great meal.

I love pho and this place is no exception. The pho ga was plentiful and delicious. Odd that the table condiments do not include soy sauce…but not a big deal. Spring rolls crunchy and tasty. Pho ga $8.95. Spring Rolls $3.95. Good place to go and fairly close to home.

Delicious food, server upon request gave us suggestions and we really enjoyed the food and service. Good crowd, the place could be cleaner, definitely will come again.

Always amazing food. Great menu, everything you get is great! We come back again and again and try different things and are always satisfied. The servers aren’t super attentive but they are very prompt. You definitely have to flag them down for a drink refill but they are usually around to flag down, and their food is so good and comes out so quickly this honestly can be overlooked.

This location has quickly become a favorite for Vietnamese fare. Other Vietnamese food options exist, but few come close to the value and quality that you receive here. Clean dining area, and modern decor make the experience very pleasant.

The vetnamese food tastes very good here. The restaurant is large and clean. Especially the owner and the staffs are very pleased to help you. When I come here to dine I’d like to go to the Asian market only several steps. I enjoy my time being here.

I’ve driven by the Asian shopping center on Rt 38 a hundred times and never knew Phu Khang was there. The grocery store dominates so the other shops kind of get lost. Phu Khang is one of those places that wouldn’t be a first place choice due to it being so hidden but I am glad I tried it. As evidenced by the photo I posted of a bowl of Pho the food is top shelf Vietnam. The menu is insanely large with numerous choices and a bit daunting but if worth the read. The food was good and the service was great.

#101 on the menu might just be my favorite dish. Their summer rolls are also fantastic. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Even my 2 year old loves everything we order and give him. Its also very family friendly and they are great at helping you fond exactly what you want if you need a suggestion.
