Short staff not enough workers. I was waiting by the register for someone to take my order and no one came because the lady was busy at the drive thru window. Both ladies working had no customer service they looked over worked because of the short staff. It took 10 minutes to wait.

Absolutely horrible service. Out of the 10-15 times I’ve been there since they’ve opened, all the employees have been extremely rude, always get my order wrong, and sometimes never refunded me.. idk how there still open, the worst place with the worst people… don’t go here

Poor customer service! I did not receive my entire order. I ordered a 6 piece mini corn dog and a 12 piece mini corn dog. I was shorted a 6 piece mini corn dog. I didn’t receive a receipt either. I called when i got home and no one answered the phone. I’ve called 4 times now and no one answers the phone.

Definitely agree, when Jose is not around, this place does not run well. Other than that, great customer service, food and inexpensive! Jose had a great response to working there that surprised me! “I’m alive and have opportunities, doesn’t get better!” Loved his outlook!
